75 m² lägenhet i Enskede-Årsta-Vantör

Spacious and modern 75 sqm apartment in a newly built and peaceful part of Bandhagen. The apartment has a large bedroom, an open-plan living room and kitchen, plus a smaller room that works well as an office, guest room or extra bedroom. Just a 5-minute walk to Bandhagen subway, 2 minutes to the Örbyleden bus stop, and around 15 minutes by subway to Slussen. Högdalen Centrum is a 12-minute walk or one stop away. Grocery stores, parks, walking paths and nature are all close by. The apartment is bright and functional, with plenty of storage, a large fridge and freezer, and modern appliances. There is also a lovely balcony, perfect for morning coffee, breakfast or growing tomatoes. The area is quiet and green, with public barbecue spots and a nearby park with chickens and goats. The building and surrounding area were completed last year, with friendly neighbours and plenty of parking, including a garage. For the exchange, we are looking for a smaller and more affordable apartment, preferably in a similar quiet and green area or somewhere equally well connected and close to central Stockholm.
