I am looking to exchange my spacious first-hand rental apartment in South Lund for a larger apartment in Copenhagen or Malmö, as I am working in Copenhagen and want to move closer to work.
My apartment:

6th floor with a beautiful view
Rent: approx. 11,000 SEK/month
1 minute walk to Stadsparken
2 minutes to Hemköp
15 minutes walk to Lund Central Station
8 minutes to Lund C by bus
Ideal home for a family, with kindergarten and school within 200 meters
What I am looking for:
Apartment in Copenhagen or Malmö
3 rooms or larger
First-hand contract only
Exchange must be approved by both landlords
Reason for exchange:
I work full-time in Copenhagen and have a valid reason for exchange. According to exchange rules in Lund, valid reasons include full-time work or studies.
